A master’s degree program in Management is designed for those who wish to acquire a specialist business knowledge and a range of managerial skills. The program is very much hands-on and will equip you with skills, expertise and competencies that will help you operate effectively in the business world. You can choose one of two specializations: Project Management or Strategic Management

If you chose Project Management you will:

−Make it possible for you to learn the most effective methods of project management and project portfolio management.

−Learn how to design and carry out a project. You will learn how to use tools necessary for project management.

−Get an understanding of control and monitoring mechanisms. You will learn to identify conflict in the workplace and use basic preventive methods.

If you chose Strategic Management you will:

−Be able to manage effectively by taking appropriate decisions.

−Learn how to diagnose, plan, implement and monitor a strategy (taking into account risk and sustainable development) that will succeed.

−Be able to find a job as a key account manager, project manager, business analyst, specialist for implementation and business support or a company owner.
