Production Logistics

This specialty covers organization, planning, and implementation of production processes, inventory management, material and component flow and storage. You will gain practical knowledge, skills, and competencies sought by manufacturing companies and you will get familiar with the methods, tools, and techniques of logistics, procurement, and organization of deliveries as well as collaboration with cooperators and suppliers.

Transport Logistics

This specialty will equip you with comprehensive knowledge in the field of managing the company’s transport operations, transport fleet, deliveries, and cargo transport, as well as in the field of forwarding – i.e., organizing and planning transport and transfer, its insurance, and settlement of transport orders.

The study program has been developed by industry practitioners and our studies have a practical profile. Classes are interactive and based on case studies, workshops, and simulations. You will meet outstanding experts and you will get to the bottom of the industry. You will develop skills related to planning, implementation and management of a supply chain.
